What better way to end your day in Salem than with a relaxing sunset sail? As twilight spreads across the waters of Salem Sound, the only interruption is the roar of our sunset cannon!
Each summer, folks ask about going on a longer sail. These 4.5-hour sails will give us enough time to sail to Gloucester, or around Tinker’s Island to Swampscott, or maybe even to the Graves.
Join us on the Fame as we depart from Salem for a five-hour Gloucester Schooner Festival adventure, celebrating the importance of schooners in New England’s history!
Each July 4, Fame celebrates the nation’s birthday (and the taking of her first prizes off New Brunswick in 1812) with an extended two-and-a-half hour cruise followed by a front-row seat for Salem’s fireworks display!
When tall ships visit Salem, our goal is always to head out and meet them as far out as possible and sail along with them as they approach the harbor.
